How do I know which bike size is right for me?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability. You can also contact our experts for a personalized consultation.
Do the bicycles arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a toolkit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bicycles that have been fully assembled and ridden outdoors.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the bike box.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our bicycles come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects for up to 5 years and components for 1 year. This does not cover normal wear and tear, such as tires, tubes, or brake pads.
Can I finance my new bike purchase?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest terms.
